Houthavens

In this project in the Houthavens district, we were asked to design the interior of a new floor added to an existing office building.
The goal was to create something distinct from the levels below: warmer, more open, more in tune with the rhythm of nature, while still respecting the DNA of the building.
We introduced natural materials, soft light, and flexible work zones. Wooden floors and greenery brought warmth and ease. We retained key elements from the original structure like the exposed ventilation tubes, raw metal beams, and the emphasis on daylight, but let the rest shift in tone.
The result is a space that feels more relaxed and inviting, offering a quiet contrast to the colder, high-tech interiors below.
