In the heart of Naarden Vesting, a young family of three partnered with us to reimagine their just purchased property.
The primary objective was clear: the property had an unusable outdoor space. The house was completely transformed when we made roof-to-floor windows and moved the toilet out of the patio area to the left wall of the property.
We repositioned the bathroom on the second floor to create two bedrooms and access to the previously unusable attic where we designed a third bedroom with raised beams and an art studio attached.
Even when the layer of old houses can be challenging, we were able to update this property and make it enjoyable for the needs of a modern family.
