Noordwijk

The key to this stunning project lies in a single design language and three distinct spaces.

Our client approached us in 2022 with the idea of dividing the property in Noordwijk that he had just purchased. We transformed the garage into a Studio Apartment for rental, created his own apartment on the first floor, and crafted two separate apartments on the second floor, perfect for use as B&Bs. To achieve this, we relocated the building’s entrance and vertical circulation. Additionally, we redesigned the facade of the garage.

The client, a florist, envisioned an open layout for his apartment. The bold wallpaper design, acting as a visual bridge between his home’s day and night areas, reflects his personal style. A singular space with a lot of personality and elegance is achieved by juxtaposing the bold wallpaper with the custom wooden furniture, exuding a sense of solemnity. We experimented with patterns, using the same wood employed throughout the rest of the property on the studio-garage facade.
