Approach

To make a strategy we will meet with the client and discuss their wishes & needs and how we can implement them.
A short interview will allow us to understand what is in your mind for this particular project.
Define
Once the approaching phase is finalized we will design a new craft taking into account the existing layout or plotland. We will analyze them and talk about their possibilities and limitations.
The concept acquires a distinct identity at this point. Through 2D and 3D models, we want you to be able to walk with us through the project.
Charts and mood boards will help you with imagining the proposal and start to experience the spaces.
Development
Based on your feedback received on the last two phases we have a project to define.
We will work on the implementation, its realization, and the budget, and we will provide you with visualizations, floor plans, and design details.
Implementation
The final documentation folder is finished at this point. We share the design specifications with third parties and contractors through these documents.
Together we will meet with contractors and suppliers to help you approve the final details and materials.
